Maybelline Baby Lips (and Introduction...?)

Hey guys! I wanted this blog to be a little makeup/hair/whatnot review page, and today's will be my first! ☜(˚▽˚)☞

But first, a little about me~ (You can just skip to the review but....ehhh why not introduce myself a bit while I'm at it? kekeke乂⍲‿⍲乂 ) 

I'm 17, love music and am especially a devoted Shawol because omg they're just so perfect. So yeah. I'm also really into the natural look with make up, even if I don't have the best, whitest skin in the world. I'm still prone to acne (gross!) and dark circles under my eyes, but I admit a little bit of make up can do wonders! And dressing up has to be one of my favorite games of all time. :P


Now onto my review. My first review will be on Maybelline's Baby Lips. I know this has been out for quite a while now, and I've heard many great things about it, so I guess you can say that I finally decided to try it out!





And I must admit, it's super amazing for the price. Within seconds of applying it, I can feel some moisture of this balm sinking into my lips. It truly feels like a baby's! *pokes it* It's definitely worth $2.99 USD. I can't say it's my favorite balm, since I've tried many. But again, it is certainly one of the best for the price. 

I've tried a LOT of lip treatments, this one is definitely a keeper. 
If you have cracked, dry, and/or colorless lips, this is the balm for you. The colors are amazing, though I prefer the simple one with sunscreen, and it makes your lips very lively and luxurious. I would kiss myself! (>‿♥) It's light and almost "not there", so your lips feel nothing but soft. And it's tasteless, which I like. I'd prefer admiring the taste of my food rather than my lips~

However, I do have some let downs. Baby lips feel very oily, and I would recommend having a more hydrating balm underneath it because the baby lips line feels a bit like a gloss that locks moisture in place.
